The Rotary Link Unit is the first connector which can transmit electrical signals and power across a stationary and rotating interface.


By using optical transmission technology high bit-rates up to 1.5Gbps are possible! This is the optimal transmission speed for digital high definition video and image signals.Furthermore the advantage of optical transmission is that the transmission process is unaffected by noise and other electromagnetic influences. For electrical power transmission inductive transmission technology is the most advanced technology we use for non-contacting power transmission up to 15W.
